Pricing and Payment
Land/Cruise Trip Payment:
- Deposit: $500 per person within 7 days of reservation. Specific cabin is reserved at this time.
- Second Deposit: July 1, 2024 - $4,000 per person
- Third Deposit: October 1, 2024 - $4,000 per person
- Final Payment: December 1, 2024 – Balance Due
Cancellation for Land/Cruise Trip:
- Time of Deposit until November 26, 2024 - $300 per person nonrefundable
- November 27 to January 27, 2025 – 40% of trip costs nonrefundable
- January 28 to February 26, 2025 – 60% of trip costs
- Nonrefundable after February 26, 2025
* Rates are per person, based on double occupancy for land/cruise package only, subject to cruise line availability and dynamic pricing. Airfare is additional, estimated at $1,300 per person, roundtrip in Main Cabin Economy from Richmond, Virginia to Amsterdam. Prices subject to availability at time of booking. Air can only be booked 330 days in advance of travel. Trip insurance is required. Rated will be quoted based on category of cabin and total trip cost.
